Before doing, remove the Existing Linkwithin widget from your blog. Go to layout>linkwithin and remove it. After remove it, follow the below steps

Click linkwithin and create a new account using your email, blog URL etc
Click on Get Widget button. After clicking, you will see a page. Now click on Install Widget
Now click Edit Templates. After clicking, you will see a code
Now change this code with below code
